Common Room Reservations Policy
We are proud that our Common Room has become a vibrant community resource, utilized by an astounding array of groups doing so many important things in our community.
To continue to keep this resource accessible and usable for all, we are rolling out some changes to how the room is reserved.
We are now offering instant online booking! Now you can see the availability and reserve your time slot right away on our website. After completing the process you will receive an email confirmation - no more waiting for our staff to confirm with you.
In order to ensure that this system can be used by a wide array of groups, and also to reduce the large number of no-show bookings we’ve been experiencing, we will now be charging a fee of $10 per hour for use of the space. Nonprofit and community groups will get a $10 credit towards food or drink for your meeting with each booking. Cancellations made at least one week in advance will get a full refund of your booking fee.
