Peace Coffee's head roaster, Keith Tomlinson, will share stories from a recent trip to Peru, where he traveled to gain insight into the coffee-producing association Peace Coffee purchases coffee from. Keith visited two coffee producing co-operatives, Cepicafe and Cenfrocafe near Jaen.
