The Common Room

Common RoomOur private meeting room, the Common Room, accommodates 15-25 people.  Use of this space is free for non-profit organizations and community groups, and is available to other groups for a $75 room fee or $100 minimum food order.  

The Common Room needs to be reserved in advance -- to reserve the room, download and fill out this form and e-mail it to commonroom@commonrootscafe.com. We try to accomodate all requests, but the room is often booked -- we are now averaging 50 bookings per month. Weekday evenings are in particularly high demand.

To keep the room open to as many groups as possible, we limit groups to a maximum of two bookings per month and have a four hour maximum for each meeting. Reservations are taken up to two months in advance.

We generally do not take bookings on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-6pm.
